**Prices 2011/2012 including 7% VAT
Our prices are for four persons and from four overnight stays. We charge € 7.00 (2012: 10,- €) for each additional person, but the third child of the family and further children of the family are free of any charges. If the apartment is booked by two persons only who – besides that – need one sleeping-room only, a discount is granted.
However, in case of three overnight stays we charge a short-holiday surcharge of 20 %, in case of two overnight stays we charge 40 % and for one overnight stay we charge 60 %.
Our prices are final prices:
The overnight price includes current, water, heating and the final cleaning.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels and table linen are put at your disposal free of any charges. The same applies to any kind of washing-up liquids.
Up to now, visitors haven’t had to pay any tax in the Deggenhausertal

The baby equipment does not fit into our car?
Our baby equipment in the flats is including as follows:
Cot or travel bed
Dressing commode or -table with support plate
Highchair
Plastic dishes, Cutlery for kids, Bottle warmer
Footstool in the bathroom, Potty
Shower insert against slipping
Buggy for kids
Hay wagon
and a
small baby bathtub
All apartments are equipped with fuses children.
We have a friendly attitude towards families:
You can bring your four-legged friend with you subject to prior agreement. We charge € 10.00 for dogs and cats for each week started. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the apartment.
All our flats and common rooms are non-smoking areas. Of course our cows will not allow you to smoke in the barn. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the balconies.
